Objective

The Senior Analyst is accountable for overseeing Reporting & Analytics across various segments, including Marketing Data, Customer data, Finance Data, communication campaigns’ data, and other key business metrics. This role involves providing robust analytics support for both ad-hoc requests and regular activities such as generating reports and dashboards. The Senior Analyst will play a pivotal role in leading reporting initiatives, contributing both as an individual expert and as a collaborative team member.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting and Analytics Oversight:

  • Develop and maintain reporting frameworks for different business segments.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all reporting deliverables.
  • Analyze data trends and patterns to provide actionable insights for business decision-making.

Data Management and Governance:

  • Manage data sources and ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Implement data governance best practices to maintain high-quality data standards.
  • Collaborate with IT teams for data integration and system enhancements.

Analysis Support:

  • Respond to ad-hoc data requests promptly and effectively.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis to address complex business questions.
  • Translate data findings into meaningful recommendations for stakeholders.

Reporting Initiative Leadership:

  • Lead reporting projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Mentor junior analysts and collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project execution.
  • Drive innovation in reporting methodologies and tools to enhance analytical capabilities.

Required Skills

  • Graduate with BE. / B.Tech. or degree in Computer Science, master’s degree in management / statistics or master’s in computer like MCA, MTech.
  • Experience with dynamic dashboards, automation processes, Oracle SQL, Power BI, MS Excel and similar tools is essential.
  • Applicants should demonstrate a minimum of 3-4 years of progressive career development, showcasing hands-on expertise in managing large volumes of data, conducting in-depth analysis to derive meaningful insights, creating sophisticated dashboards to illustrate analysis and narratives, as well as proficiency in data management, mining, and manipulation techniques.
