About the Role:

Kaccha Mango is looking for a Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing Executive who can manage social media accounts, create content calendars, and run high-performing Google & Meta ads. If you have a passion for crafting engaging social media content while also driving paid ad performance, this role is perfect for you

Key Responsibilities:

·      Develop and execute content calendars for various brands.

·      Manage social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to ensure engagement and consistency.

·      Collaborate with designers and content writers to create high-quality social media posts, reels, and stories.

·      Monitor trends and adapt content strategies accordingly.

·      Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for Lead Generation and eCommerce.

·      Monitor campaign performance and tweak strategies for better CTR, ROAS, and conversions.

·      Run A/B tests on creatives, ad copies, and audience targeting.

·      Analyze ad metrics and generate performance reports.

Requirements:

·      2+ years of experience in social media marketing & performance marketing.

·      Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and Facebook Ads Manager.

·      Strong understanding of ad campaign structuring, audience targeting, and budget allocation.

·      Experience in handling paid marketing for e-commerce, service-based, or D2C brands (preferred).

·      Good analytical skills to interpret ad metrics and optimize accordingly.

·      Work closely with the branding & creative teams to align campaigns with marketing goals.

·      Stay updated with the latest social media trends, ad platform updates, and industry best practices.

·      Ensure all campaigns and posts are aligned with brand voice and objectives.

·      Knowledge of automation tools for social media scheduling.
