Mommy Shots by Amrita (MSBA) is a premium maternity, newborn, and child photography brand that crafts timeless memories for families. As the business expands its B2C vertical, we are looking for a strong Sales & Collections Head to drive revenue, own the entire client acquisition funnel, and ensure seamless customer conversions backed by strong data discipline.


Role Overview

The Head of B2C Sales & Collections will be responsible for driving all direct-to-consumer sales channels at MSBA – inbound, outbound, referrals, and collaborations. This role demands both strategic ownership (pipeline growth, partnerships, reporting frameworks) and hands-on execution (lead follow-ups, negotiations, collections). You’ll be the anchor of our B2C revenue engine, ensuring high conversion rates, healthy cash flows, and consistent customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Own the end-to-end B2C sales funnel – from lead capture to closure, across Instagram, website, referrals, and walk-ins.


  • Develop and execute structured outbound calling and follow-up processes to maximize conversions.


  • Build and manage collaborations, partnerships, and influencer tie-ups that expand the lead pipeline.


  • Create, track, and optimize conversion metrics (inquiries → consultations → bookings → repeat clients).



Lead Management & Reporting

  • Implement disciplined tracking of leads across all touchpoints, ensuring no inquiry is lost.


  • Maintain structured reports on Excel/CRM: daily sales dashboard, weekly funnel reviews, and monthly revenue forecasts.


  • Present actionable insights to the Founder on conversion ratios, revenue trends, and bottlenecks.


Negotiation & Collections

  • Drive effective client negotiations and persuasion to close deals at premium pricing while protecting margins.


  • Own the collections process – from advance payments to final settlements – with tact and firmness.


  • Proactively address discrepancies or delays in client payments, maintaining professionalism and client goodwill.


Collaboration & Multitasking

  • Work closely with Operations and Photography teams to ensure smooth handovers from sales to delivery.


  • Manage multiple priorities daily without being overwhelmed – balancing inbound calls, outbound follow-ups, reporting, and collections.


  • Introduce process improvements to make the sales day structured and efficient.


Candidate Profile

Experience & Skills

  • 5–8 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in premium consumer services (hospitality, wellness, events, photography, lifestyle, luxury brands).


  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing collections.


  • Strong proficiency in Excel and data-driven reporting; familiarity with CRMs is a plus.


  • Exceptional communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.


  • Adept at multitasking in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
