Business Development Executive

 Skills & Experience Required:

  • BE or Diploma holder in any engineering stream, preferably IT / Computer Engineering / Electrical Engineering.
  • Industry related Certifications (Like Cisco Sales Expert or similar) are preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years in selling Enterprise IT hardware & related products/solutions to Mid & Enterprise level customers. (500+ employees)
  • Strong Communication skills with strong business-related knowledge.
  • The ability and desire for sales job with a confident and determined approach.
  • Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.
  • Should possess the skill to work both in team and also perform independently.
  • Should be capable of thriving in the competitive markets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings or other communication channels.
  • Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets.
  • Must possess ability to see the big picture and drive solution sales as compared to product sale.
  • Co-ordinate with pre-sales technical team to arrange relevant demos & proof of concepts with customers for solution discovery.
  • Display efficiency in gathering market and customer info to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices, delivery and customer specifications to their managers.
  • Help management in understanding competitive landscape and feedback for discovering cross-sell & up-sell opportunities.
  • Review own performance and aim at exceeding targets and maximizing profits.
  • Provide accurate, detailed data regarding sales and also related activities in a time-bound manner.
  • Provide accurate feedback on future buying trends of respective customers.
  • Provide efficient account management and receivable management in time-bound manner.

Compensation:

  • Compensation is no bar for deserving candidates, demonstrating superior skill set & exceptional abilities.
  • Deserving candidates can expect package between 9 to 12 lakhs (60% fixed + rest variable) CTC based on sales targets achieved.
  • Compensation shall be closely linked to overall on-time payment performance of accounts being handled by the candidate.
  • Company shall provide SIM card and reimburse mobile bills. Smart phone handset to be provided by candidate.
  • Company to provide Group Accident Insurance for the candidate and Group Medical Insurance to Candidate & immediate family (Spouse + upto 2 dependent kids). (After 3 months of joining)
  • Conveyance, travel & other necessary expenses shall be paid on reimbursement basis.
