Job Title: SFDC/CPQ Admin

Experience: 2 to 5 years (min 2 years in SFDC/CPQ)

Location: WFO - Bangalore (Electronic City)

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to 1 Month


Key Skills & Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective CPQ solutions.
  • Configure, maintain, and customize Salesforce CPQ to align with business needs.
  • Implement, test, and manage pricing and product catalogue updates within Salesforce CPQ.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related issues, working closely with internal teams and Salesforce support when necessary.
  • Assist in data migration and data cleansing activities related to CPQ processes.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CPQ system by conducting regular audits.
  • Collaborate with sales, PLM, and operations teams to optimize sales processes, streamline workflows, and enhance user experience.
  • Train and support sales teams on CPQ functionality and best practices to ensure effective utilization.
  • Monitor and analyze CPQ performance, identifying areas for improvement and recommending enhancements


Education & Experience:


  • Technical grad degree; post grad is a plus.
  • Hands on experience on SFDC / CPQ >=2 years
  • Admin role or exposure to admin role is a must.
  • Developer experience on SFDC / CPQ is a plus.
  • Willing to work from Bangalore
  • Previous work experience in a Technology organization is a plus.
