Key Responsibilities:


  • Administer and configure the Unified Portfolio Management (UPM) module in ServiceNow.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
  • Provide technical support for UPM-related issues and incidents, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Generate and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into portfolio performance and resource allocation.
  • Stay updated on ServiceNow UPM updates and recommend improvements to maximize platform effectiveness.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of the ServiceNow platform, particularly UPM.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (preferred).
