Lead, mentor, and motivate the corporate sales team to enhance their performance and achieve sales objectives.

Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis.

Key Account Management:


Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and major clients.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.

Sales Operations:


Oversee the sales operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Ensure the effective use of CRM systems and sales tools to track and manage sales activities.

Collaboration:


Work closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to align sales strategies with overall business goals.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and campaigns.

Negotiation and Closing:


Lead negotiations for major contracts and deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.

Drive the closing of significant sales deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.

Compliance and Reporting:
