If you love talking to people, are comfortable doing 50–60 calls a day, and want to grow in a fast-paced international environment — this role is for you.💼 Key ResponsibilitiesManage the entire B2B sales cycle — from lead generation and cold calls to pitching, follow-ups, negotiation, and closingMake 50–60 calls per day to reach out to venues, corporate brands, and sponsors across North AmericaDrive venue booking deals and corporate sponsorships for live shows, conferences, and entertainment eventsBuild and maintain relationships with venue managers, marketing heads, and corporate decision-makersWork closely with internal teams (marketing, creative, operations) to develop and present customized sponsorship decksUpdate CRM regularly and manage your own pipeline independentlyRepresent Millennial Events in a confident and professional manner on calls and emails✅ Must-Have Qualifications1–3 years of experience in B2B or inside sales, preferably in events, media, or marketing servicesProven experience making high-volume cold calls and handling outreach under pressureExcellent spoken and written English communication skillsComfortable presenting on video calls and handling North American clientsFamiliarity with CRM tools and maintaining organized sales recordsSelf-motivated, fast learner, and eager to grow in a high-performance culture⭐ Strong Assets (Nice-to-Have)Prior experience in call centers, telesales, or inside sales roles with heavy call volumesExperience selling sponsorships, event packages, or marketing servicesFamiliarity with North American markets or South Asian corporate networks in the U.S. or CanadaUnderstanding of event industry dynamics🕒 Work ScheduleMonday to Friday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST (Fully Remote – must follow Eastern Time Zone)🎯 Who This Role Is Perfect ForThis role is ideal for go-getters who’ve worked in fast-paced call or sales environments and enjoy closing deals through persistence and energy — not just emails.
