Job Description:

  • Graduate in any stream
  • Travel Domain experience - Passenger Revenue Accounting
  • "Added knowledge preferred on International Air Transport Association (IATA) Certified, or Diploma preferred."
  • Experience of Sales Audit (Fare/Commission/Tax), Reissue & Refund Audit, SARA & Sales Online
  • Operations Management, Airline Fare Auditing and People Management for a team strength of more than 50-70 Associates
  • Ensure Team adhere to Process SOP and sustain the Quality SLA
  • No Revenue leakages to the airline, the same is identified & highlighted to the Customer
  • Accountable for maintaining the audit reports; analyzing them to measure service levels; taking client feedback during audits.
  • Responsible for Resource, KPI, SLA, PIP and team performance management.


Other Requirements

  • Available to work in 24X7
  • Working experience on SIRAX , Amadeus and ATPCO systems
  • Good communication; Proficiency with MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint & other office applications.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Responsible for all daily operations to include schedule creation in order to meet clients for implementations of new services.
  • Supporting continuous process improvement initiatives to ensure high level of customer satisfaction
  • Work with Senior Delivery leader to identify new avenues and process improvement areas
