Purpose of the Job

Be instrumental in driving business through seamless GTM execution, creating high market visibility, brand recall and micro-marketing initiatives.

Deliverables

  1. Create visibility to drive TOMA and brand preference at Banking Points, merchants and other multiple distribution channels
  2. Design new initiatives in retail / merchant space to induce customer excitement for all product categories.
  3. Devise brand collateral strategy as per different outlet type, in lines with the Bank’s Central GTM.
  4. Create and deploy POS and allied items at most cost effective rates
  5. Plan and drive ROI linked micro-marketing initiatives, aligned with business teams with key focus on scaling up the revenue – Acquisition, AePS, Remittance, Insurance etc.
  6. Be the voice of customer in your region ( end customer, retailer , B2B customer etc). Highlight business opportunity , product ideas to central team .

Working Experience

8+ years in MarCom planning and execution, preferably in West India or someone who is willing to move to West, in Telecom / FMCG / White Goods/ Advertising Agency
