Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Channel Partners and Wealth Brokers Acquisition Manager to expand our network of brokers and channel partners who can help identify clients interested in returns on investments for products like Fixed Deposits and other debt instruments. As our Acquisition Manager, you will play a crucial role in growing our client base by establishing partnerships with brokers and channel partners and driving business development efforts.


Responsibilities:

- Identify and target potential channel partners and wealth brokers who specialize in wealth management and investment advisory services.

- Develop a comprehensive strategy to recruit, onboard, and nurture relationships with brokers and channel partners to maximize business opportunities.

- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to create compelling value propositions and marketing materials to attract potential partners.

- Actively prospect and engage with potential partners through networking events, industry conferences, and other relevant platforms.

- Conduct thorough due diligence and evaluation of potential partners to ensure alignment with our business objectives and regulatory requirements.

- Negotiate partnership agreements, commission structures, and performance metrics with channel partners and wealth brokers.

- Provide training and support to channel partners and brokers on our investment products, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively promote and sell to clients.

- Track and analyze partner performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize results.

- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adapt partnership strategies accordingly.


Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or sales roles within the financial services industry, with a focus on wealth management or investment products.

- Strong network and relationships with channel partners, wealth brokers, and financial advisors.

- In-depth knowledge of investment products such as Fixed Deposits, debt instruments, and other wealth management solutions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential partners and build long-lasting relationships.

- Ability to negotiate and influence effectively, balancing the needs of the business with partner expectations.

- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.

- Analytical mindset to interpret market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the financial services industry is a plus.
