We need someone who communicates confidently, understands technical profiles, and can build strong talent pipelines.What You’ll DoManage end-to-end recruitment for technical, scientific and support rolesLead sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, networking and targeted outreachConduct professional screening calls to assess communication and technical fitCoordinate interviews with Analysts, Lab Heads, QA, Operations, Auditors and LeadershipWork closely with HR consultants for specialised hiringMaintain recruitment MIS, trackers, dashboards and compliance documentationStrengthen employer branding and ensure a smooth candidate experienceWhat We Expect8–10 years of recruitment experience with strong exposure to technical/scientific hiringExcellent spoken and written EnglishAbility to understand laboratory and Scientific roles (Analysts, QA, Instrumentation, Regulatory, Engineering, IT, Sales etc.)Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and closing skillsOwnership mindset with ability to manage multiple roles independentlyGood computer proficiency in MS Word and ExcelQualificationGraduate / Post-Graduate (ideally from the Science stream)Why Join EFRACOpportunity to hire for one of India’s most advanced multi-disciplinary testing laboratoriesHigh-visibility role interacting closely with senior leadershipFast-paced, performance-oriented environment
