Role Overview:We’re seeking a HORECA Partnerships lead to lead engagement and operations for high-footfall waste generators such as hotels, restaurants, and cafes (HORECAs). You’ll be responsible for onboarding partners, setting up pickup schedules, and ensuring consistent waste recovery from these sources.Key Responsibilities:Identify and onboard HORECAs across Goa for waste pickup under DRS.Build and manage a schedule for pickups and ensure execution with fleet partners.Serve as point-of-contact for HORECA partners, resolving any service issues.Train HORECA staff on segregation practices and storage protocols.Coordinate with Fleet Manager for timely pickups and route planning.Requirements:Field sales or vendor onboarding experience; experience in waste/sustainability is a bonus.Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.High energy, hands-on approach, and a love for fieldwork.Ability to travel and work across districts in Goa.
