- Experience working with ServiceNow CSM module.
- Understand industry integration practices as well as the integration capabilities and design patterns in your application, analyze integration problems, and provide optimal solutions.
- Lead ServiceNow major release upgrade implementation.
- Recognize and drive adoption of best practice techniques for ServiceNow development, and communicate with business.
- Good-to-Have
- Certified Application Developer by ServiceNow.
- Experience in JavaScript, Web Services, AJAX, XML/JSON.
- Experience in implementing ServiceNow processes and functions.
- Experience with IT Service Management and related tools.
- Web applications, networks, protocols and email (SMTP, POP3).
- Working knowledge of relational databases.
