About the Role:

EAT MORE LOSE MORE Clinic is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Elante Offices in Chandigarh. This role involves not only managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads but also overseeing the sales team and continuously gathering feedback about lead quality and campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
  • Create, manage, and optimize ad content, including text, images, and videos, to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics and KPIs to ensure effectiveness.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and refine campaign strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales goals.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from the sales team regarding lead quality and effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Make data-driven recommendations for campaign adjustments based on feedback and performance metrics.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and advertising.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
  • Experience in managing or collaborating with sales teams is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • This is an in-office role; remote work is not an option.
