Sanctity AI is an Amsterdam based bootstrapped startup by IITians focused on building AI products that empower humans in a rapidly changing AI-driven world. We are building multiple AI products in stealth mode and are currently assembling an A-team of AI nerds who genuinely care about AI ethics. About the Role:


Are you passionate about crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences like how Apple does it? We are looking for a Product Design Intern to join our Founder’s Office. This role is ideal for a creative thinker who is excited about designing seamless user interfaces and experiences that resonate with users. You will be responsible for understanding how users navigate our AI-driven products, shaping the user journey, and ensuring our interfaces are both beautiful and functional. If you have an eye for detail, a vision to build nothing but the best, a love for aesthetics, and a knack for problem-solving, this is the opportunity for you This is a remote job with flexible working hours, but requires you to work with counterparts across different timezones. Night owls are preferred :)


Key Responsibilities:


• Design user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for our AI-driven products, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user journey.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user behavior to enhance product design.

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to refine product requirements and incorporate user feedback into iterative design improvements.

• Ensure all designs are aligned with our brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of visual and functional quality.

• Manage social media growth, create content and execute on the content calendar.


Skills & Qualifications:


• Current student or recent graduate in Product Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, available to join for a remote role immediately.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

• Experience with user-centered design processes, including conducting user research and usability testing.

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design work, particularly digital product design.

• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is advantageous.

• Experience with advanced design tools like Webflow or Framer for interactive prototyping.

• Knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions to enhance user experience.

• Understanding of responsive design principles and the ability to design for various devices and screen sizes.

• Basic knowledge of design systems and the ability to contribute to maintaining or building one.

• Fluency in English is a must.
