We are looking for an experienced and creative YouTube Channel Manager to join our Growth marketing team.

The candidate needs to have a deep understanding of YouTube's platform, including content creation, SEO, and data analytics. You will be responsible for managing and building our YouTube channel, ensuring it aligns with our brand’s vision and engages our target audience effectively.


KRAs

Channel Management_

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the YouTube channel.- Develop and implement strategies to increase subscribers, views, and engagement.- Schedule and publish videos, ensuring timely uploads and consistency in content.


Content Creation_

- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to plan and produce engaging video content.

- Brainstorm new content ideas that resonate with our audience and stay ahead of beauty trends.

- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and aesthetic.


SEO and Optimization_

- Implement YouTube SEO best practices to optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails.

- Stay updated with the latest YouTube algorithms and trends to maximize content reach and performance.


Data Analysis_

- Monitor and analyze channel performance using YouTube Analytics.

- Provide regular reports on key metrics, including views, watch time, subscriber growth, and engagement.

- Use data insights to refine content strategies and improve channel performance.


Audience Engagement_

- Engage with viewers through comments, community posts, and live sessions.

- Foster a sense of community and loyalty among subscribers.

- Respond to viewer feedback and incorporate it into content planning.


Expectations

- Minimum of 2+ years of experience managing YouTube channels or similar digital content platforms.

- In-depth understanding of how content works on YouTube and what drives engagement.

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting YouTube data and analytics.

- Strong knowledge of YouTube SEO practices.

- Creative flair and a strong passion for content creation.

- Familiarity with video editing software and tools is a plus.

- Experience in the edtech industry is a strong plus/
