The candidate will take on the responsibility of being an intake analyst 50% of the time and for the rest of the 50% playing a product/business analyst role across product group. The candidate should have worked with following technologies.
Responsibilities
- Intelligent process automation (RPA)
- Large language models
- Machine learning
- Natural language processing
- Optical character recognition
- Augmented analytics
Qualifications
- Good BA and PA experience with stakeholder/business user management experience
- Good and clear communication (both verbal and written)
- Should have worked with projects using Agile methodology
- Intake and discovery (ideation) experience
- An expert in eliciting user needs to convert them into detailed requirements
- Explain how requirements may be implemented from a functional standpoint and drive/improve user experience
- Usual working hours lasting until 1:30 PM ET with flexibility of having meetings later than that (probably until 2:30 PM) once in a while, if needed
