This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. They will also contribute to employer branding efforts and actively participate in the hiring process.


Responsibilities:


Sourcing and Recruitment

  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct proactive searches and build a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future opportunities.


Candidate Screening and Assessment

  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualifying candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Administer assessments and evaluate candidates based on job requirements and company standards.


Collaboration with Hiring Managers

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
  • Provide guidance and support to the team throughout the recruitment process, including interview techniques and best practices.


Manage Candidate Experience

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide feedback to candidates and manage the offer process, including negotiating terms and conditions of employment.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the talent acquisition domain.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the talent acquisition function.



Required Skills:


1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


2. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.


3. Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


4. Additional Requirements

  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
