💡 What You’ll Do:


✔ Manage customer queries across calls, emails, WhatsApp & social platforms

✔ Handle returns, exchanges & escalations with empathy

✔ Support loyalty & retention campaigns

✔ Collaborate with Ops & Tech teams to ensure seamless experiences

💡 What We’re Looking For:

✔ 1–3 yrs experience in CX/Customer Service (Retail/D2C preferred)

✔ Strong communication & problem-solving skills

✔ Familiarity with CRM tools / OMS / ticketing platforms

✔ A customer-first mindset & Excel proficiency
