Role Description:


We are looking for a creative strategist to join our team where you will have the opportunity to unleash your creativity, master new skills, and be a part of a great team


We're a small cool team that would love to work closely with you to help you get your job done best.


This job will start off part-time, focusing on perfecting our paid marketing efforts and will progress onto full time. This is an excellent way to get into a small team moving mountains in the creative agency space. Let’s take it even further with your help

  • 🏆 You’re an A-player
  • 🧠 You have 2+ years of digital marketing experience
  • 🤳 You have a sound understanding of paid media, UGC and what type of content converts on Facebook & Instagram
  • ⚡ You enjoy brainstorming ad angles and concepts, then bringing them to life
  • 🗄 You are detail-orientated, organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • 📚 You are comfortable communicating learnings with both team members and clients
  • 📣 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 🗣️ You love all things eCommerce and digital marketing
  • 🤓 Proven ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously⏰


👉What you’ll be doing:

  • Brainstorming ad angles and hook variations weekly, then sending content over to the editing team for production
  • Communicating with clients to explain creative ideas and latest results
  • Develop creative strategy for new accounts and ideating new angles/ad concepts for clients
  • Keeping a pulse on the industry to find out what’s working (and not working) for others, ad policy updates etc. Use this alongside your own ideation to inspire creative concepts
  • Plan & oversee the creative execution of the ads using a data-driven, test-and-learn approach
  • Create script outlines & storyboards that combine a variety of storytelling narrative devices including narration, scripted copy, soundbites, video b-roll and graphics (both direct response & brand)
  • Collaborate with creators & editors from pre-production to delivery, including providing feedback on edits, reviewing graphics and on-screen texts
  • Analyze performance data, and use data to create incremental video optimizations that scale
  • Collaborate with editors to create video templates & optimization guides for winning ad formats and iterations of them (including different hooks, structures, elements, lengths, mashups, audio etc.
