**Job Role: Content Marketing Strategist**

**Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Ability to commute/relocate)**

**Timing: US Shift, 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM (5 days working)**

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Content Marketing Strategist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Content Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that align with our overall marketing objectives. Your role will be crucial in driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through compelling and valuable content.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Audience Research**:Conduct in-depth research on the target audience, industry trends, and competitors to gain insights into customer needs and preferences. Use this knowledge to create content that resonates with the audience and addresses their pain points
- **Content Creation and Optimization**:Collaborate with content creators, writers, designers, and videographers to produce high-quality content that is engaging, informative, and shareable. Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and aligns with best practices for search engine rankings
- **Performance Analysis**:Monitor and analyze the performance of content marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and tools. Utilize data insights to make data-driven decisions and continually improve content strategies for better results
- **Content Calendar Management**:Maintain an organized content calendar that outlines the publishing schedule, content themes, and key milestones. Ensure consistency and timely delivery of content across different platforms
- **Brand Voice and Tone**: Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and tone throughout all content, ensuring it reflects our brand personality and values
- **Collaboration and Cross-Functional Support**: Work closely with the marketing team, sales team, product team, and other stakeholders to align content initiatives with overall business goals. Provide support for marketing campaigns and initiatives as needed

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Content Marketing Strategist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of content marketing principles, SEO, and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of content marketing principles and strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging and compelling content.
- Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to create engaging and innovative content.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with the ability to come up with innovative ideas and solutions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with various social media platforms and content distribution channels.
- Communicate with the clients as per ORM (Online Reputation Management)
