Job Title: Inside Sales Representatives / Sales Development Representative

Location: Hyderabad, Work from Office

Job Type: Full-time

Work Hours: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift).

2-5 years of experience for Junior Positions. (01 vacancy)


Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced and motivated Cold Calling Experts to join our Inside Sales team. These positions are based in India and will operate during night shifts (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST) to effectively engage with SMB, Mid Market and Enterprise accounts across North America.The primary responsibility is to generate qualified appointments for the Sales Head and the CXO team, all of whom are based in North America. As part of a high-performing team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market reach and driving business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients in Mid Market and Enterprise segments across North America.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and demos for the Sales Head by effectively qualifying leads and managing sales pipelines.
  • Multi-Channel Engagement: Utilize a multi-channel approach, including phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms, to engage with targeted Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and accounts.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate information, notes, and status updates on leads and prospects.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, appointments, and sales conversions.
  • Communication & Follow-Up: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through consistent and timely follow-ups.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to refine sales strategies.


Experience:

  • 5-10 years of experience for Senior Positions.
  • 2-5 years of experience for Junior Positions.


Skills:

  • Proven track record in cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and leveraging other social media platforms for lead generation and appointment setting with Mid Market and Enterprise accounts.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a neutral accent.
  • Ability to understand customer pain points, needs, and challenges.
  • Experience working in night shifts or for North American markets is a plus.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and sales software.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
