**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop a deep understanding of our service offerings and effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
- Identify and generate leads through market research, industry networking, and other proactive strategies.
- Monitor digital engagement metrics and adjust strategies to optimize lead generation.
- Independently manage and nurture a sales pipeline to ensure consistent progress from lead identification to closure.
- Utilize sales calling tools and CRM software to track interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate records of all activities.
- Collaborate with technical teams to gather relevant information and tailor sales approaches to specific client needs.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing our expertise and capabilities.
- Strategically approach potential clients, addressing their pain points and presenting customized solutions.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and closed deals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and provide insights and data-driven recommendations to optimize sales strategies.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in inside sales within the US market, preferably in the AEC industry.
- Strong understanding of structural engineering or related AEC services is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills, including a US accent, for effective client engagement.
- Proficiency in using sales calling tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Track record of revenue generation, lead conversion, and effective sales pipeline management.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport with potential clients and team members.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to evolving market conditions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate US time zones.
