**Inside Sales Representative**

Join us as a **Inside Sales Representative** on our **Inside Sales** team in Hyderabad to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

**What you’ll achieve**
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building business with existing customers, you will also develop relationships with new clients.

**You will**:

- Achieve targets by selling Dell's solutions via outbound calling, consultation and other influential selling techniques
- Maintain good business relationships with customers to conduct needs analysis, relay product information and provide technical specifications, quotations and tenders
- Work closely with outside sales representatives and distributors to acquire new opportunities

**Essential Requirements**
- Good understanding of computer technology
- Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
- Research skills, curiosity about business components

**Desirable Requirements**
- Experience selling ICT solutions
- 1-2 years of related experience
