Job Overview:

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and driven PR Media and Operations Intern to strengthen our digital communications and operational efforts. Key Responsibilities:


Content Creation & Social Media Management:

  • Create high-quality, engaging content tailored for various social media platforms, focusing on LinkedIn.
  • Maintain a content calendar for consistent engagement and visibility.
  • Analyze social media performance, providing actionable insights to improve campaigns.
  • Actively engage with online communities to foster strong relationships.

Client Outreach & Strategic Engagement:

  • Research, identify, and connect with potential clients and partners via LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Develop and implement personalized outreach strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage client databases, follow up with leads, and maintain organized records.

Operational Support & Coordination:

  • Assist with scheduling, document preparation, and record maintenance.
  • Organize virtual meetings, ensuring effective communication and follow-ups.
  • Create detailed reports and summaries to improve internal processes.

PR & Media Initiatives:

  • Collaborate on PR strategies and contribute to crafting press releases and media content.
  • Stay updated on media trends, identifying opportunities for increased exposure.
  • Develop promotional campaigns aligned with the company’s goals.


Requirements:

  • Experience in content creation, social media management, and client engagement.
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn networking and outreach.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Self-starter with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools and basic graphic design platforms (e.g., Canva).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a remote setting.
