Job Overview:

We are seeking a smart, proactive, and driven PR Media and Operational Associate to lead and enhance our digital communications and operational efforts. The ideal candidate is not only creative and detail-oriented but also shows initiative, anticipates needs, and thrives in a fast-paced, remote work environment.


Key Responsibilities:


Content Creation & Social Media Management:

  • Produce high-quality, engaging content tailored for various social media channels, with a focus on LinkedIn.
  • Maintain an active content calendar to promote consistent engagement and visibility.
  • Track and analyze social media performance, offering actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
  • Engage directly with online communities to build strong relationships and encourage interaction.


Client Outreach & Strategic Engagement:

  • Identify, research, and initiate connections with potential clients and partners through LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
  • Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies that align with company goals.
  • Proactively follow up with leads, manage client databases, and maintain organized records.


Operational Support & Coordination:

  • Assist in operational tasks such as scheduling, document preparation, and maintaining records.
  • Support the team in organizing virtual meetings and ensuring effective communication and follow-ups.
  • Create detailed reports and summaries to streamline internal operations.


PR & Media Initiatives:

  • Collaborate on PR strategies and assist in crafting compelling press releases and media content.
  • Stay ahead of media trends, identify opportunities for increased exposure, and maintain strong media relationships.
  • Participate in developing promotional campaigns that align with the company’s image and goals.


Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in content creation, social media management, and strategic client engagement.
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn for networking and outreach.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and initiative.
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools and basic graphic design platforms (e.g., Canva).


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a remote work setting.
