Sales Manager

Job Description: As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team in Jaipur, with a primary focus on government liaisoning and stakeholder management. Your role will involve understanding and navigating documentation, policies, advocacies, and validations relevant to our industry. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in business acquisition, implementing effective business strategies, and managing client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, officials, and other stakeholders in Jaipur.
- Understand and interpret relevant documentation, policies, advocacies, and validations pertaining to our industry.
- Lead the sales team in implementing strategies to acquire new business opportunities in Jaipur.
- Develop and execute effective client handling techniques to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals and objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to senior management.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their sales skills and performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in the [Industry] sector.
- Strong understanding of government liaisoning and stakeholder management processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of business acquisition strategies and client handling techniques.
