Profile Summary

The position will be responsible for leasing premium retail spaces at our super luxury condominium to high-end/ultra- luxury brands.

Key Responsibility Area

  • To achieve the gross leasing & net leasing targets set out for retail spaces, ensuring occupancy by high-end, prestigious brands.
  • Formulate a leasing strategy and plan tailored to the luxury positioning of the condominium, ensuring alignment with the property's brand and target demographic.
  • Establish rate leadership in the luxury retail segment, ensuring the condominium becomes the first choice for top-tier brands seeking exclusive retail space.
  • Leverage international networks and relationships to attract iconic luxury brands and global flagship stores, ensuring the condominium is synonymous with luxury and exclusivity.
  • Build a network to gather market insights that provide a competitive edge in leasing discussions and brand positioning.
  • Foster long-term, strong relationships with luxury tenants, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure documentation is always 100% compliant with the lease admin dept.
  • Coordinate with Internal departments to smoothly complete leasing deals/ processes/ timely fitouts.
  • Manage excellent relationship with tenants, partners and ensure high level of Client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a low churn rate and build a steady pipeline of high-caliber luxury brands.
  • Legal acumen to negotiate very tight contracts.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Graduation in any discipline with 10 years' experience of working in India /abroad with in luxury real estate, retail leasing, or working with high-end retailers and international property consultants (IPCs).
  • Demonstrated success in attracting and leasing retail space to luxury brands and flagships, with a deep understanding of the luxury market.
  • Strong ability to think strategically and execute effectively in a high-stakes, competitive luxury market. Familiarity with both global luxury brands and local high-end cult brands is critical.
  • Strong business acumen; excellent business judgment and strategic thinking. A strong developer focus attribute with emphasis on increasing their rates & making the rates more competitive is desirable.
  • A thorough understanding of the factors impacting leasing potential including market drivers, economic trends, retailers and operating expenses. Understanding of local Indian brands/ cult brands is must.
