The Platform has an extensive on-prem and cloud-hosted device infrastructure that uses data science-driven performance and quality of experience analytics to collect over 100+ performance experience KPIs out of the box and provide performance analysis and monitoring across the engineering cycle. The Platform's advanced capabilities enable leading global enterprises to achieve an improved digital experience, faster triage, and cost efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates all company activities with the partner, including sales, marketing, executive briefings, business planning & client engagements
  • Promotes HeadSpin products and offerings to become a key part of the partner's business and solutions
  • Actively engages company resources and senior executives to build strategic relationships with the partner ensuring long-term business opportunities for the company
  • Provides the business rationale and risk assessment for making company investments in the partner
  • consultatively assess client needs: Deeply understand their digital transformation challenges and goals through active listening and insightful questioning
  • Craft compelling solutions: Tailor-make Headspin solutions and contribute to Proposals that address specific pain points and demonstrate ROI alignment
  • Deliver impactful presentations: Confidently present Headspin's value proposition to senior decision-makers, effectively communicating technical concepts and business benefits
  • Negotiate and close deals: Collaborate with the sales team to negotiate contracts and secure new business wins
  • Build and maintain strong relationships: Cultivate long-term partnerships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and success
