JOB DESCRIPTION:
SKILL SET : ITIL Incident management(Telecom Domain)-Technology Support
QUALIFICATION: BE/B.TECH Graduates only
IMPORTANT NOTE :: For all the skillsets (2+ Years) of project experience is mandatory
(Excluding Bench & Training & Internships).
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- ITIL Support with exp in telecom domain. Understanding of project life cycle
- Knowledge of project management, release management
- Knowledge of change management, risk management
- Should be excellent in client stakeholder management.
- Should be able to work in a multi-party, multi-vendor environment.
POINTERS TO NOTE:
- Please carry 2 set of updated CV(Hard Copy).
- Please carry Face Mask**.
- Carry any 2 photo Identity proof (PAN Card/Driving License/Voters ID card/Passport).
- Please do not carry laptops/cameras to the venue as these will not be allowed due to security restrictions.
- Please carry original ID proof for security clearance.
