Role Description

  • Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing strategies to drive online traffic and conversions.
  • Execute and optimize paid campaigns, with a primary focus on Google Ads, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Utilize basic knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) to support integrated campaign strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing detailed reports and actionable insights to improve results.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Conduct A/B testing to evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.
  • Manage budgets, track expenditures, and ensure campaigns remain within financial constraints.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Engage in competitive analysis to understand market trends and positioning.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in performance marketing or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in running and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Basic knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
  • Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns with measurable results.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of PPC, SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for landing page optimization.
