It helps companies expand globally by handling everything from market research, listing, inventory, logistics, taxation, and compliance to fully managed Amazon operations.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Manager (Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable) located in HSR Layout Bangalore. The Accounts Manager will handle day-to-day financial operations, including monitoring accounts payable and receivable, preparing and maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, and ensuring adherence to financial regulations. Additional responsibilities include generating reports, managing vendor and client relationships, resolving discrepancies, and assisting with financial audits.Roles and ResponsibilitiesStrong expertise in accounts payable and accounts receivable managementProficiency in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and reconciliationInvoice review, TDS deduction & accurate accounting entriesFamiliarity with financial regulations, compliance standards, and tax lawsExcellent organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficientlyBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldProficient in Tally and Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, SUMIFS)Ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliation & month-end closingVendor & customer coordination with attention to detailPrior experience in managing accounts within a professional services or financial advisory firm is preferable.Skills RequiredProficient in Tally and Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, SUMIFS)Strong knowledge of Indian taxation including GST, TDS, and Income TaxWell-versed in preparing vendor payment upload files and executing wire transfers (domestic and international)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
