Sales Operations Manager

We're seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to establish a new brand in the country in the FMCG food industry, specifically in Dry Fruits and nuts category. This is a joint venture between the largest cashew processor in India (VLC group) and Asia's leading fmcg player in the retail nuts category (Heritage snacks and food) based in Thailand.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Strategy and Execution


- Introduce brand into the market

- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and profitability

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for The Company

- Expand sales network by appointing new distributors and retailers

- Establish coverage, distribution, and display objectives

- Brand building and development

- Financial management


Sales Planning and Analysis


- Present monthly and quarterly sales projections

- Track and liquidate stocks with aging priority

- Manage debtor collection adhering to credit policy


Marketing and Promotion


- Plan and execute all marketing activities (BTL & ATL)

- Create and execute marketing strategy

- Develop and execute new offline marketing techniques


Retail and Relationship Management


- Conduct weekly retail outlet visits

- Build strong relationships with retailers

- Work closely with retail outlets and purchase managers


Team Management


- Appoint, Lead and manage the sales team


Ideal Candidate:


- Experience in FMCG food industry, preferably Dry fruits & nuts category

- Fluent in English & Hindi

- Based in or ready to move to Hyderabad

- Connections in FMCG food retail segment

- Willingness to travel when required
