Sales Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Head in developing and implementing sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets.
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Enable Sales Leadership to make data-driven decisions.
- Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to monitor sales performance and productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure effective sales operations.
- Manage and optimize the sales team's processes and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and maintain the sales team's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Calculate and manage sales quotas and compensation plans to align with sales goals and objectives.
- Provide training and support to the sales team on sales tools (ZOHO, SAP Etc), processes, and SOPs.
- Develop and implement sales forecasting to ensure accurate sales projections for management.
- Track Revenue, Renewals and other important KPIs.
- Identify and recommend improvements to sales processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate sales performance and make recommendations for improvement.
Key Requirements
- 10-12 Years of experience in Sales Operations/Revenue Operations/Sales Strategy.
- You are a hands-on leader, a strong coach and mentor, and have substantial experience working with high-performing Sales Leaders and teams.
- Hands-on Data visualization tools, especially Excel & Power BI.
- You possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- You possess good analytical skills and are an excellent problem solver.
- You are a strong team player who can build good relationships at all levels of an organization.
