JobOverview:

TheSales Operations Manager is responsible for the overallproductivity and effectiveness of the sales organization. Workingclosely with internal and external stakeholders this role ensuresthe sales team is supported through detailed analysis processimprovement and strategic planning. The Sales Operations Managerliaises between the sales team and other departments such asMarketing Finance and Product Development to ensure alignment andachieve companyobjectives.


ResponsibilitiesandDuties:

  • SalesStrategy and Planning: Assist in developing sales plansand targets and implement sales strategies aligned with businessobjectives.
  • SalesAnalysis and Reporting: Conduct detailed sales analysesto identify trends challenges and opportunities. Develop andmaintain sales reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)and saleseffectiveness.
  • ProcessOptimization: Identify bottlenecks in the sales processand implement solutions to streamline operations. Ensure salestools and technologies are fullyleveraged.
  • SalesTraining and Development: Oversees training anddevelopment programs for sales staff and ensures the sales team hasthe necessary skills and knowledge to sell the producteffectively.
  • SalesSupport and Administration: support the sales teamassisting with proposals contracts and clientcommunication.
  • CrossfunctionalCollaboration: Work closely with Marketing Product andFinance teams to ensure sales strategies align with company goalsand productofferings.
  • Forecastingand Budgeting: I assist with sales forecasting andbudgeting processes. I ensure sales plans are in line withfinancialobjectives.
  • CRMand Technology Management: I oversee the implementationand management of CRM systems and sales technologies. I also ensuredata accuracy and accessibility for the salesteam.
