The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in B2B sales and business development, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients in the service apartments, guest houses, and coliving / student living segments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new B2B clients.
- Develop customized rental solutions that meet the specific needs of B2B clients.
- Negotiate and close deals with B2B clients, ensuring that revenue targets are met.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery, installation, and maintenance of rented furniture and appliances.
- Provide excellent customer service to B2B clients, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying new opportunities for business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in B2B sales and business development, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and solutions.
- Experience in the furniture rental or hospitality industry is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
- Willingness to travel as required.
CTC : 6-7 LPA + Variable
