We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare a database of potential customers in the market
  • Connect with key personnel at potential customers through cold calling, field visits and emails
  • Convey ‘Why Us’ from both business and technical perspectives and align meetings of directors for further discussions
  • Generate appointments for Directors
  • Regularly send email and whatsapp communication to keep the prospects engaged
  • Plan events to engage prospects if need be
  • Verifying the purchase order received from clients against negotiated quotation
  • Register the PO in system and allocate job number
  • Preparation of sales orders against the PO
  • Handling over the project to operation

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
