Role: Sr. Lead - Non-Brokerage Business (Cross Sell)


Key Responsibilities:


We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Lead for Non-Brokerage Business.


This position requires a unique blend of technical proficiency, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.


As the Lead for Non-Brokerage Business, the role holder is expected to:


  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to promote non-broking services/products
  • Lead the initiatives to cross-sell products to new and existing customers through effective use of marketing technologies & a robust marketing strategy
  • Utilize expertise in querying and analyzing large datasets, extracting valuable insights to facilitate business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate & execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategies for revenue & business growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive analysis to identify trends & opportunities and refine marketing approaches accordingly
  • Analyze marketing and sales data and metrics to track campaign performance, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Responsible for strategy and execution of such marketing campaigns
  • Assist in the development of technology road-maps to help the marketing and sales team achieve its objectives
  • Create engaging and persuasive content for various platforms including website, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing collateral along with marketing team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business goals and objectives


Key Skills/ Qualifications Required:

  • Minimum experience required for this role: 10+ years


Must Have

  • Experience in campaign management (Cross-sell experience is an added advantage)
  • Experience in campaign execution on communication channels (SMS, Email, Whatsapp)
  • Experience in querying from large datasets & analyzing data


Good To Have

  • Marketing strategies formulation expertise
  • Experience of marketing automation tool(s)
  • Prior knowledge of non-broking products like Mutual Fund, Insurance, loans etc
