Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Project Architect at AVA in Chennai.

The chosen candidate shall be responsible for heading a team of 4/5 architects and reporting to the principal.

The role includes leading ongoing projects, client coordination, design coordination, interaction with consultants and contractors, conduct meetings, set goals for design and drawing deliverables, prepare weekly work schedules and take complete ownership for the project.


Qualifications:

  • Possess Leadership qualities
  • Prior experience in a similar role or having assisted a senior preferred


  • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • A keen eye for detail and a focus on quality
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture with minimum 6-8 years experience
