Role and Responsibilities:Drive Initiatives for Revenue Growth, Team Performance & own customer experience by driving predictability; and efficiency of the teams project delivery capability with a razor-sharp focus on quality. Emphasize design elements that guarantee a positive client experienceTransform Client requirements and vision into working drawings. Ensure timely closure of designs with customersReview and approve architectural and design plans, ensuring compliance with Customer Requirements, regulations, and project specificationsConduct regular design reviews to maintain consistency, quality, and design integrity across projectsDevelop and Maintain library of Revit Families based on specifications of the package in the zone and generate bill of quantities from Revit.
