Digital Operations – Presales Manager


Plan sales strategies in response to market and competitors’ behavior.

Solutioning and response design for proactive and response proposals.

Lead the execution of mid-to-large-sized process transitions or internal projects. This involves planning, managing, and driving these projects from start to finish.

Negotiate and finalize service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). You'll be responsible for ensuring these agreements meet all requirements and are achieved throughout the project.

Guarantee all project phases (planning, execution, and delivery) strictly follow the offshoring/transition framework. This ensures a smooth and standardized process.


Responsibilities:


Collaborate with a cross-functional team, which may include representatives from the end client, to analyze changes to existing processes and workflows. Together, you will identify solutions and plan for the transition or migration of these processes.

Domain expertise in any of the domains (SCM, Insurance Healthcare etc.)

Work in sync with the technical and Operations team, SL growth and delivery team for designing solutions that are commercially viable

Understand customer needs and make sales presentations.

Contribute to the marketing team's demand generation efforts by participating in trade shows and customer workshops.

Prepare sales proposals and train other sales representatives from time to time.

At the client's location, perform a comprehensive assessment to evaluate the feasibility and viability of their business operations. Analyze their current activities and document your findings in a due diligence report. This report will include your recommendations and a clear action plan for next steps.

Understand the customer’s needs and pitching the capabilities as suitable solutions.

Experience in RFP’s and RFI’s, POCs. Answering customers’ RFP’s and RFI’s for our local and global sales teams.

Engagement with the customers and interpretation of their needs and derivation of advice for prospective products that are aligned with the customers’ demands.

Creation of marketing concepts.


Experience working with global customers.

Planning of sales strategies, the positioning in contrast to the competitors, and the demonstration of the business.

Preparation of presentations about the products or services with all their values for the usage of the sales department.


Good interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills

Actively observe customer behavior and predict future needs for product development or Automation requirements

Ensure adherence to project plans, documentation requirements and project timelines;

Liaise with business lines and functions (operations, HR, Learning and Development, Operations, Risk & Compliance, Information Security, Planning &MI and IT) on training, recruitment and system requirements for projects;

Track project implementation, risks and concerns and publish periodic status updates and reports;

Assist Programme Manager(s) with project status updates for medium to large scale process transition or migration project plans; Resolve project related issues as well as look to provide relevant solution.

Escalate project related risks and concerns when necessary;

Facilitate negotiations of service level agreements and KPIs between teams, the end-client and business lines and functions, owning them till the transition or migration is completed.

Strong customer service orientation

Contribute in improving current practices of the Projects team and be able to participate diligently in any internal related projects


Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in BPO Presales, overall 7-10 years of experience in managing operations, Transitions or Quality

Any Bachelor’s degree

US Visa with B1/B2

Solution-oriented analytical skills.

Ability to initiate conversations and make a lasting impact.

Well-versed with Excel and CRM software.

Requirements


5+ years of Experience as s Presale/Sales Engineer.

3+ years overall IT/development Background.

As a Presales Technical Consultant, you will:

Gather and assess customer needs, both business and technology in the printing sector.

Identify the required project steps.

Identify likely problem areas that require attention.

Designs and implements complete & complex printing solutions (e.g. managed print services, document management solutions, etc)

Act as an architect on an appropriate technical solution to meet the customer’s business requirements.

Investigate and optimize a solution’s fit to the requirements of an opportunity, both current and future.

Adapt solution design to new requirements.

Establish the validity of a solution and its components.

Identify the growth path and scalability options of a solution and includes these in design activities.

Maintain excellent communications with customer executive management across the Region.

Represent HP as a technical expert with customers; shares knowledge in the area of expertise and links to related technology areas.

Actively supports the account team with solution advice, proposals, presentations, and other customer communications.

Analyzes and provides support to deals in the pipeline where needed.

Fluent English and Polish.

Minimum of 5 years experience in technical consultative selling and account management.

Technical and/or solution experience in the appropriate industry.

Understanding of technical innovations and trends as well as their impact on solving customer business problems. And then applies an understanding of the customer’s value chain and business requirements when designing and proposing solutions

Demonstrates knowledge of HP’s technology & solutions, with deep expertise in the area of specialization and related technologies.

Establishes thought leadership in a technical specialty area with customers.

Demonstrated ability to work as the lead for large complex projects.

Strong communications skills with executive managers, as well as some C-level executives.

Roles and responsibilities

Support the implementation of controls in the Banking Operations

Regular and on-going controls testing on regulatory topics and follow-up of remediation actions in the Banking Operations

Ensure the collection and reporting of key risk indicators

Contribute to the preparation of internal reports

Responsible for executing Control Assessments (i.e. Testing) that evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of Bank’s first line Key Controls; May act as designated lead tester/reviewer of control testing engagements

Maintain a thorough understanding of Bank’s Internal Controls Management Policy and Standards, control testing methodologies, and related regulatory and compliance standards, including but not limited to enterprise risk management, data governance, third party risk management, model risk management, business continuity, fraud risk management, and associated regulations, guidance, and regulatory expectations

Suggest enhancements to testing modules, scripts, and other guides including testing approach for evaluating the effectiveness of Bank’s first line Key Controls to mitigate key risk exposures related to regulatory requirements and Bank’s risk policies and standards

Exhibit high attention to detail in documentation of control evaluation work papers and remediation of reviewer’s commentary

Exhibit high attention to detail and strategic thinking in analyzing, aggregating, and articulating the results/issues of control testing activities and value-add opportunities for improvement of Key Controls to Bank’s Senior Management and other stakeholders

Contribute to the articulation of results/conclusions/memos of control testing activities and communicate to key stakeholders across the Bank

Support development, implementation, and continuous improvement of tools, templates, and best practices that support control testing and reporting activities

Assist with the validation and closure of control issues as identified through testing

Maintain solid working relationships with first, Second lines of defense and internal audit

Supports a high-performance environment by fostering an inclusive work environment, helping/elevating peers, and taking ownership of individual developmental goals

Acts as brand ambassador of the CoE by developing solid working relationships across the organization as to facilitate communication and strategic partnerships

Contribute to ad-hoc assignments and special projects
