Location: Chennai (Candidates must be based in Chennai and work from the office. Relocation will not be considered)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Python Full Stack Backend Developer with experience in AI prompting and foundational AI engineering, combined with strong expertise in front-end and back-end development. The ideal candidate will also have experience in API integrations, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and familiarity with sales CRMs or other sales/marketing tools.


Key Responsibilities:


Front-End Development:

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular).
  • Build responsive and accessible designs adhering to industry standards.
  • Utilize front-end build tools like Webpack or Vite to streamline development.


Back-End Development:

  • Proficiency in back-end languages such as Python, Node.js, Ruby, Java, or PHP.
  • Develop using frameworks like Django, Express.js, or Laravel to ensure scalable applications.
  • Strong experience in API development and integration (REST/GraphQL).


Database and Infrastructure:

  • Proficiency in relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

Open-Source and CMS Expertise:

  • Experience with open-source CMS platforms (HubSpot, WordPress, Strapi).
  • Ability to work with CMS-specific templating languages (e.g., HubL for HubSpot).
  • Develop and customize plugins, themes, and modules to enhance CMS functionality.

AI and DevOps:

  • Build AI-driven features, including prompt engineering and integration with AI models.
  • Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Implement server management in Linux environments.
  • Handle DevOps tasks like CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and troubleshooting deployments.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Python with a focus on backend development.
  • Hands-on experience in front-end and back-end development.
  • Expertise in API development and integrations.
  • Experience in AI prompting and foundational AI engineering.
  • Knowledge of responsive and accessible design principles.
  • Familiarity with sales CRM platforms or sales/marketing tools is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
