About the Role: The Salesperson will be responsible for driving sales growth by building and maintaining relationships

with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our natural diamonds in domestic and

international markets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for the luxury

industry, and a deep understanding of the diamond trade.



Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels, including networking, exhibitions, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Present and promote our range of natural diamonds to clients, showcasing quality, value, and competitive advantages.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities in the diamond industry.
  • Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms with clients to close sales deals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and sales campaigns.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction through timely responses and problem resolution.
  • Keep updated on industry trends, new products, and competitive activities to stay ahead in the market.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent the company and network with potential buyers.


Qualifications: Education details



Required Skills:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the diamond or luxury goods sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the diamond industry, including grading, sourcing, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients and tasks.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to meet clients and attend trade shows.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
