Purpose of the Role: To manage and grow key client relationships, driving sales and ensuring client satisfaction through strategic account management.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted representative for Hirschvogel, fostering strong relationships with key customers to drive profitability.
- Build a robust pipeline by identifying and securing new business opportunities with existing customers and expanding outreach to OEMs.
- Utilize market insights to develop and implement effective sales and product strategies.
- Enhance brand recognition by promoting Hirschvogel’s strengths to key stakeholders through targeted marketing efforts.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery and timely responses to customer needs.
- Maintain rigorous sales operations, ensuring accurate forecasting and alignment with customer expectations on deliveries and support.
- Leverage knowledge of SAP SD module, CRM, ERP, and other relevant tools to enhance sales processes.
- Manage receivables to maintain outstanding balances within targeted limits, contributing to working capital.
- Coordinate effectively with Hirschvogel’s global teams to align local strategies with global objectives.
- Work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, HR, and SCM to drive results.
- Demonstrate learning agility to adapt to evolving market conditions and organizational needs.
Requirements of profile:
- Education / Qualification: DME or BE in mechanical engineering
- Number of years of past work experience: Minimum 7 years’ of relevant sales experience
- Desired skills: Good communication and soft skills Basic knowledge of the industry
