Key Responsibilities


  • Cold Calling & Outreach:
  • Conduct high-volume cold calls to identify potential clients and generate leads.
  • Engage prospects through email and LinkedIn outreach to introduce our services.


  • Lead Qualification:
  • Identify and qualify leads based on their business needs and potential fit for our services.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate with senior team members.


  • Market Research:
  • Research industries, competitors, and target markets to identify potential clients.
  • Keep updated with industry trends to refine outreach strategies.


  • Relationship Building:
  • Build strong relationships with prospects to nurture them into warm leads.
  • Handle client queries and ensure a positive pre-sales experience.


What We’re Looking For
  • 0–1 years of experience in B2B cold calling, lead generation, or business development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Resilience and ability to handle rejection with a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Basic understanding of marketing and integrated agency services is a plus.
  • Goal-oriented and eager to meet or exceed targets.
