Job Summary:

As a Real Estate Sr. Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales for our residential projects in Pune. The ideal candidate is a motivated individual with excellent communication skills, a passion for real estate, and a proven track record in sales. Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation:
  • Actively promote and sell residential project in Pune to potential buyers.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Customer Engagement:
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries related to the residential projects.
  • Site Visits:
  • Conduct property tours and site visits to showcase the features and benefits of our residential projects.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of the project to potential buyers.
  • Market Research:
  • Stay informed about the real estate market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies in around Mundhwa Area.
  • Provide feedback to the management team to enhance marketing and sales strategies.
  • Documentation:
  • Assist buyers in the completion of necessary documentation for property transactions.
  • Collaborate with the CRM team to ensure accurate and timely agreement is executed.
  • Negotiation and Closing:
  • Skilfully negotiate terms and conditions to facilitate successful property transactions.
  • Work towards closing deals efficiently and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales, particularly in the residential sector.
  • Strong understanding of the Pune real estate market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
