Customer Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling:
- Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to potential leads and previously lost customers.
- Utilize effective communication skills to engage prospects and deliver persuasive pitches.
- Handle objections, rejections, and disconnections with professionalism and resilience.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system.
Lead Conversion:
- Identify and qualify leads based on company criteria to ensure alignment with offerings.
- Develop and deliver tailored pitches to convert leads into customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage lead generation tools and campaigns.
Lost Customer Re-engagement:
- Analyze reasons for customer churn and create targeted outreach strategies.
- Reconnect with lost customers through personalized and effective communication.
- Present customized solutions and incentives to regain lost business.
Transition of Acquired Customers:
- Ensure a smooth handover of newly acquired or re-engaged customers to the other teams.
- Provide comprehensive documentation on customer needs, preferences, and specific requirements.
- Coordinate with the receiving teams to ensure continuity of service and support.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to outbound calling, lead conversion, and customer re-engagement.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to align strategies and share insights.
- Participate in regular meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5years of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
Skills:
- Strong outbound calling skills with proven experience in handling rejections and achieving calling targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects and deliver persuasive pitches.
- Resilience and persistence in managing high call volumes and overcoming challenges.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools for tracking calls and managing leads.
- Ability to analyze customer data and develop targeted outreach strategies.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, particularly in dealing with large OEMs, End Customers, and Resellers.
