Position: Microsoft Viva Insights & Employee Engagement Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement Viva Insights: Set up and manage Microsoft Viva Insights to track and improve employee productivity, collaboration, and well-being.
  • Data-Driven Analysis: Analyze productivity and engagement data, providing actionable insights to leadership for improving team performance.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with leadership to develop long-term strategies for employee engagement and productivity based on data.
  • Custom Reports: Generate reports and recommendations to optimize organizational performance and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Viva Insights Expertise: Proven experience with Microsoft Viva Insights or similar employee engagement platforms.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and provide actionable, strategic reports for improving team performance and engagement.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Expertise in crafting data-driven strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Educational Background: Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience Level: 3+ years of experience in implementing productivity and engagement tools.

Work Schedule:

  • Freelance Opportunity: 10-15 hours per week, including 3.5 hours of scheduled online meetings, typically broken into 3-4 sessions. The remaining hours are flexible for offline work at your convenience.

Compensation:

  • Hourly Rate: $11-$18 per hour, based on experience.
  • Flexibility: Additional hours may be available depending on business needs.
