I am an Associate Partner at S Varadan & Associates, Vellore TN - a chamber practice with a legacy of over 80 years, having practice in original side. Father to an adorable daughter, an Advocate by profession, a speaker by passion, a fitness enthusiast, a trekker, a biophilia, pursuing rhetoric writing & speaking. A Commerce Graduate from Madras University in 2003 with an MBA from Vellore Institute of Technology - 2005. Further pursued the Bachelors Degree in Law in 2019 and a Masters Degree in Law from Sri Venkateshwara University, Tirupati in 2021. Also completed PG Diploma in Medical Law & Ethics from National Law School, Bangalore.

Primarily practicing on the original side and first appeals at civil courts; handling matters on Partition, Specific Performance, Declaratory Suits, Family Disputes, Money Suits, Consumer Forum, MCOP,  Negotiable Instruments Trails, viz… Currently also engaged in an additional role as a Senior Associate Counsel at the Bangalore office of Q & A Advocates, a Delhi based law firm.

                  

Other pursuits include establishing a community wellness club known as Trek Talks – Inspiring Lives, which promotes health, fitness, and wellness. The club is a not for profit endeavor to promote community engagements and bonding, and at these treks, I deliver Public Speeches on subjects that inspire our lives.  


Having moved to Bengaluru, I am looking out for Founding Equity Partners to establish a full-service law firm at Bengaluru. I am looking for aspiring advocates who have about 5 - 7 years of experience at a chamber or a firm and are looking forward to take a plunge to set up their own practice or individuals who have recently set up their individual practice and are willing to collaborate and grow. Individuals who have an exposure and experience in varied matters like trial, appeal, writ and at various forums like District Courts, Family Courts, NCLT, Commercial Court including High Court at Bangalore are preferred.


The expectation is to have equity partners on board who have extensive exposure to local Courts and Practices at Bangalore, to set up a legal chamber/ firm here, wherein all the stake holders can mutually utilize their strengths and expertise.
